Three simple steps

Describe the Door
Single or double, how many sections, roughly how old the opener is, what has failed, and about what year the house went up. That alone narrows it down before a truck leaves.

Get a Range
A known spring or opener fault we can usually get close to on the call. A bent track, a door off its rollers or damage we cannot picture from a description, we will not guess at.

Firm Number, Then the Work
We check the door, track, springs, cables and opener before touching anything, then tell you the price and whether repair or replacement is the honest call.
